"I went to the Lennox site and they directed me to AM PM. I did look them up and there were numerous favorable reviews on Google and only one on Angie's List. I gave them a call and Jennifer was able to have Angel come out to give an estimate the next day. Angel gave me a couple quotes on different Lennox units and I decided on the XC20 20 seer setup with its dehumidifying features. I did have a couple other quotes from other companies and those prices were $1000-2000 above what AM PM charged. AM PM pulled the county permit and handled all of the paperwork. They came out on Tuesday after Memorial Day and took about 5 hours to install the equipment. The air handler has a 58" height so they had to drop down the intake box by about 5". All intake insulation was replaced and new intake box was created. I also removed the fence on the side of the house as the unit was 35" wide and was a pretty tight squeeze thru the fence door(condenser dimensions:35"W x 39"L x 45"H). All work was meticulously done especially with an a/c system of this type. All cleanup was taken care of by AM PM and was cleaner than before the install. Angel and Pedro took the time to show me how to use the S30 digital thermostat and how to use the humidity control as well as how to control from Lennox phone app. House now feels very cool due to the humidity control and is very quiet, inside and outside. I would definitely recommend AM PM to anyone looking to change out their A/C unit."
