"Complete did NOT install my Generac 22 KW gen set, but I was so dissatisfied with the service from that company I decided to give Complete a call when my gen set decided to set a code just before Dorian was due to arrive. After seeing their excellent service reviews I I called on a Friday knowing they would be swamped with the hurricane bearing down on the Treasure Coast, I did not expect them to show until after it was long gone, I only hoped to get on their waiting list for service. Much to my delight and surprise technician Justin called the following day and came out to do the work and the charge for the Saturday call was the same as I paid for scheduled weekday work with the selling dealer! The problem will likely require a return visit and replacement parts but they did get it online in case of power failure. We are in the process of building a new home so Complete will definitely get the call for a quote when we install standby power in that house, great service and very fair price from these guys!"
