Ramey Carpet One Floor & Home

5 day project took 30 days, all the while our home was left in total disarray (stacked furniture, damages to walls, furniture, trim). Very poorly run business with no follow through. Sloppy workmanship, lousy customer service, just a nightmare experience overall.

Installation was fine. The saleswoman was pleasant, but a little patronizing, when I was making my purchase. When the carpet was delivered and installed I was unhappy with it's appearance and called the saleswoman to discuss it. In her defense, I was a freaked out, but I was told that I was "negative" and "ridiculous". She did agree to come by the take a look on her way home because I refused to pay until she did so. I had calmed down by then and made payment minus $100 for a carpet bar that was supposed to have been installed, but wasn't. She was going to follow up with a phone call on Monday (this was on a Saturday). I never heard from her and at this point I don't have the energy to follow up. I don't think I'll do business with them again. I have the impression that perhaps my job wasn't high-end enough to warrant better customer service.

It went very well. They were very understanding about the date of installation (we had ongoing construction and had to delay the installation for several months). They arrived on time and installed the carpet well in a minimum time period.

It was very good. It was perfect. They did exactly what they had to do and they did it right. They have high quality of work.

They were personable, did great work and finished on time.

He is more than fair. We bought some carpet that was on sale. They made it right. They had to recut 30 feet of carpet for me.

Ramey Carpet One Floor and Home messed up my ceramic tile floor. Their price and professionalism were okay but their quality and responsiveness were horrible.

We have not installed new carpet yet.

The guy was great. There was a few minor issues and he fixed those.

I went to the store in Stuart. Curtis came to the house to take the measurements. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. The tile had to be ordered and it was about six weeks before the work could be started,. The work was completed in about a week. Unknown that the original tile was laid on about two inches of concrete and lathe which ended up having to be cut out with a masonary saw at considerable additional expense. Was really messy work. One man did all the work. He cleaned up at end of each day. He had a great attitude and did an excellent job.

An incredible experience. Ramey Carpet One on US1 in Port St. Lucie is amazing. We were building a house in Palm Coast AND leaving the area for the summer. Curtis, our sales rep, went above and beyond in providing us with all our carpting (at incredible prices I might add!) and scheduling the installation while we were away. He worked with our builder in getting the job done and we could not be more pleased. If you're looking for a company that can provide you great carpeting at a great price with exceptional service, this is the place to go!

We've had no problems with them. They were really good all the way around.

They showed up on time. The price was reasonable; I would not say it was cheap but it was fair. Their workmanship was excellent.

Everything went well. The salesman was very courteous and respectful. The wood floor installation team was second to none. The only issue was that the carpet installer was late by about an hour; however, he did an awesome job!

Installers were efficient. I bought carpet remnants for 2 small bedrooms. The smell was horrible and didn't dissipate after 1 month. Ramey took out the carpet and offered 2 area rugs as a replacement after many phone calls. I wouldn't want to go through this experience again. Ramey salesperson advised that the end of a carpet roll contains the most chemicals explaining the product toxicity.

One threshhold was a little too narrow, the replacement was ordered and installed after two phone nags.

Ramey did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Absolutely LOVE the laminate, carpet and tile! All personnel were extremely helpful and I give an unqualified recommendation.

I like them a lot. Everything went smoothly. They finished the work on time and were very helpful.
