We hired a surveyor to mark our property line and decided to grade that land and install a retaining wall. I am so glad we hired ODL. They worked within our budget and did a phenomenal job! The city came to us with 3 major issues having to do with flood planes, surface water and existing structures. The requirements they were throwing at us would have absolutely killed our project. Troy met with the city officials and negotiated reasonable solutions to each of the problems that saved our project. All of the costly requirements were avoided and we got to do our expansion."
