"Ashton explained perfectly what needed to be done so I could understand and it made sense. I wasted 2 years with other companies and paying engineers for plans that are unfeasible. I should have done my research and go directly to them! They are the pros!"

Our mission is to be a concrete contractor that brings back the personal touch with our customers. We will build a relationship that will last a lifetime after you see our quality work. For three decades, concrete has been more than a service. It's been a family commitment to permanence. What started as a father-and-son trade—learning that shortcuts don't save money, they cost it—has evolved into a multi-generational mission. That integrity in preparation prevents failures later. That the difference between "done" and "done right" is measured in years of durability. As a locally family owned and operated business we feel invested in our clients and constantly strive for customer satisfaction. We won't leave until the job is done right! Call or text to schedule an estimate today! 352-932-3006. Thank you and God Bless!

"I am writing to formally address the issues concerning the project I hired Jackson of J & M Concrete to complete at my property. The scope of work was to diagnose and repair a pond leak as well as address a sinkhole, with an estimated project completion time of 2-3 days. The estimated total price was $6300, of which 50% was to be paid in advance, $3150 was paid. On January 2, 2025, Jackson, of J & M, poured some concrete, which was to cure and settle before the next phase. The project was left incomplete. Jason removed all equipment and left the job site by the next morning, leaving large ruts in the yard from the trackhoe and other heavy equipment. The sinkhole was not addressed, nor the pond leak. It has remained unfinished and has been getting worse during the last 2 and a half months. I called days two and three when there was no sign of them coming back and made numerous phone calls over the next couple months to find out when they would be back to finish the job, seeing as they were paid beyond the scope of the job they did. It has been more than 2 ½ months and no return phone call. At the end of February, I received a letter from the concrete company contracted by J &M, Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, which is seeking payment for their services – “Notice to Contractor and Request for Notice of Commencement, O.C.G.A & s.44-14-361.5.” I called them and found out that their bill had not been paid by J & M. I notified Jackson about this matter and he texted back saying he was in Florida and would call in the upcoming week due to a death in the family. As of today, March 13, the pond continues to leak, and the sinkhole remains unresolved, even growing in size. The equipment used during the project caused enough damage to require that additional fees be spent for hiring a landscaper to address the ruts in the lawn left by the trackhoe, as well as the excavated hill dirt used to block the creek from flowing into the pond. The partial blockage diverted the water, causing it to overflow its banks. Fortunately, the blockage has since been cleared."

"I’m so glad I found All Things Landscape! I worked one on one with Michael to formalize a plan based on my lawnscaping needs. The whole process was seamless from the very beginning to the end! Michael is very professional and responsive. Him and his colleagues also did a great job with my lawn. Their work was very neat and precise, and I am very happy with the job done. Concrete Repair questions, answered by experts

No, hairline cracks in concrete are generally not a problem as they do not impact the strength and longevity of the concrete. Generally, cracks less than 0.3 millimeter wide don’t impact the structure. Hairline cracks can grow over time and weaken the structure, such as in a home foundation. Some hairline cracks can also cause leaks in a foundation. It’s important to watch the cracks to see if they grow. Contact a concrete contractor if you notice cracks exceeding 0.3 millimeter wide.

Yes, you can replace a cinder block foundation. If a block foundation is too severely damaged to repair cracks and other issues, replacing the entire foundation is a viable option. The job will require a professional and can take between one to seven days on average to complete, depending on how complex the problem is.

Yes, you can fill cracks in concrete if you’re a somewhat handy homeowner. It’s important to know which concrete patching method to use, as small cracks require different approaches than large ones. It might seem challenging to determine which product to use and the tools necessary for the project, but with a bit of background, homeowners can restore their cracked concrete easily.

You can use a level or straight-edge to test for plumb foundation walls and a level slab, a level or a ball to check for sloping floors inside your home, and a hygrometer to look for moisture in your underhome area. Aside from these DIY tests, it’s important to get a foundation repair specialist or structural engineer to test the foundation to see if it’s supporting your structure properly. They can determine if the loads on the concrete are uneven or need reinforcement.

You can use epoxy-based concrete fillers to repair small cracks and dents in the floor. For larger damages, remove any debris, then patch the cracks or holes with concrete repair products or resurface the entire floor. We recommend using fast-curing products that cure in four hours. You can also buy a pre-mixed concrete patch and leveler if you are only repairing parts of your floor.
