Overall ok experience. The plumber was on time and very clean throughout the job. Though he did leave some items behind which was odd. Also the price quoted was not what I had to pay in the end. Evidently a toilet seat is not included and when I asked for a total price over the phone I assumed it was. My mistake. Who buys a new toilet without a new seat? Then the guy on the phone said he told me that I would have to pay more, essentially accusing me of lying to the technician. I could overhear the conversation. They wound up selling me a seat at ‘cost’. I suppose I should be grateful. Anyhow, $800 seems a bit high for $400 worth of materials and an hour of labor - but that’s on me. Don’t plan to use again.

I would rather pull my eyes out with a fork then to deal with this company again. For a small leak from the back of a fitting blown up to the entire plumbing in your hot water system is wrong and it will take lots of work to repair for $500.00 and all I got was a soldered fitting. I could have done that my self. When I asked the owner to explain this charge I was offered $70.00 refund and a B.S. Story. If you don't like getting sold stories and excuses, Run from this company as fast as you can. Find a company that prices the job and not the neighborhood.685..20

I called to get an estimate on getting a whole house water filtration system installed (I already purchased the system...just needed installation). The person I spoke with asked very specific questions about what type of system that needed to be installed and work needed. After our discussion he gave me an estimate of approximately $500 and I understood that the estimate was a ballpark and scheduled it to be installed. Today I took the day off work to have the system installed. I was told the tech would be here AT 10am. When I called the office at 10:15 to find out if the tech was coming, the same guy who gave me the $500 estimate and scheduled the appointment, got on the phone and said he would be here between 10am and 12pm. Well, that isn't what he told me when we scheduled, but fine. When the technician came out (Toby who was very nice) he said it would be almost $1500 to install the system. When I told him about my conversation with the person in the office of course he said there was nothing he could do and it would be triple the cost I was quoted over the phone, despite him calling the office and speaking to a manager. They are probably a good company but one individual in their office either doesn't know what he is talking about or lied to me about the quote. He also wasn't specific about the appointment time. Telling me a tech will be there "at 10am" is a lot different than "between 10am and 12pm". Either way I was very inconvenienced today because of one very incompetent employee and will get the work done by a different company.

Prompt and gave me several options for repair so I could make my own choices. Finished on time. In fact, my neighbor had same problem the next day and had same great service.

Great. Toby is a pleasure to deal with, and so is the company... they actually even have a real person answer the phone and deal with appointments immediately.

Nickola was there as promised and on time. He surveyed the situation and explained what was needed and answered all of our questions happily and honestly. He worked hard, snaking the drain and the vent on the roof. He answered our questions about clog prevention efforts and made several good suggestions. He was a hard worker, skilled and happy to help us. We appreciated his work, especially when the toilet began leaking! We will definitely call them again when we need any plumbing work.

I called them and they told me I needed new toilets.  It was almost two thousand dollars and I said, well this can't be.

Contact and communication with the company was good.  They took our information and responded promptly.  Nick, the technician arrived on schedule and was prepared to address the problem, a stopped- up sink in the kitchen.  He was professional, courteous and solved the problem without leaving a mess.  The only negative with the service was price...$268.00 (and this after using a $20.00 discout coupon!!) Keep in mind that the workman was here for less than an hour, and the job required few tools, no supplies and no repairs were required.  Almost $300.00 to simply snake out a drain line is too steep...it's gouging.  Consider that our first choice, Handycraftsman, (unfortunately, not able to schedule us in our time frame)  and another Angie's list company that we have used in the past would bill $120.00...and this would cover a full two hours of labor...a fair price for this kind of service.  As a consequence we cannot recommend Maitland Winter Park Plumbing and will not use them again...they simply overcharge.

They are the only ones I would use.  They are very professional and they do outstanding work.  I can depend on them.  I've never had any complaints about them in any way.  Years ago I used them when I had flood in my house and I've used them alone ever since so I have not compared their prices with anybody else.

I called around 8:15 am and setup an appointment time of 11:00-1:00. Called at 1:00 and was told no one could come out before 3:00pm. CANCELLED APPT.

Dillian, the plumbing technician, was exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and since he had the required parts in his truck, replaced the worn unit with a new one. The whole job took less than 90 minutes. Dillian was extremely courteous, gave full explanations, and kept everything spotless. I'm very impressed with their work, and will certainly use them again when I need plumbing services.

They are prompt, very clean and very careful about cleaning up after themselves. They called themselves the cleanest plumbers around, and I think they are. They do a better job than anybody else I've seen. Their pricing was fair. I've been happy with their services.

Arrived at the specified time and began digging up the area between the meter and the Oak tree. Needed to re-route the entire supply line due to extensive tree root invasion. This also involved washing under three areas of sidewalk to get to the townhome. Approximately 8 hours later the new line was in place, tested and the dirt replaced (and areas swept clean)!

The work was great, the gentleman was very honest and explained what could be done.  Although not all could be done because of code he spoke to the landscaper and explained the situation to him.  He explained the alternative and what it would cost to make it easy for me to make a decision.  I have used Maitland Winter Park plumbing now twice and both times was please with their serve.
