Nice people in and out quick

Concrete is full of holes lower than other slab left 2x4 with nails in Road I told them to put dirt on side of house they put it all over the yard killed all the grass now the yard is 5 inches higher than concrete so when it rains all the dirt washes away I spent 3 days trying to fix it no luck new concrete not level slopes down 2 inches making dirt 6inches higher than driveway very messy/I had to work so hard to fix the mess looks like crap would never hire them again or recomend them to anyone not happy still trying to fix the mess

THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON MONDAY 2/28 AND LOOKS FABULOUS. I WILL NOT HESITATE IN THE FUTURE FROM HIRING BACK YARD PRO'S. JUST LIKE THE NAME, THEY ARE TRULY "BACK YARD PRO'S"

My husband and I were very pleased with the response time for a quote and the time frame for work. The owner and his wife came out for the quote and were both very professional. The crew that poured the concrete in the front entrance to our house did an excellent job and were very friendly. We have received many compliments on the way everything turned out. I would highly recommend them and we are considering using them again in the future to do a stamp overlay in that area as well as our driveway.

I am very unhappy with the way my driveway looks. We contacted James on several occasions asking that he fix the problem areas. He did show up and work on it but it really does not look any better. There are low areas that collect and hold rainwater and lots of discoloration in large areas. Can Home Advisor do anything to have this company fix my driveway?

Did an excellent job in repairing my leaking water feature. Extremely professional and very accommodating in meeting my needs, both in scheduling and also in my expectations and plans for the project.

One of the most professional people I have ever dealt with when looking for someone to fix my patio. I had gone through so many quotes and found some cheap options. After speaking with James, I had no doubt about choosing Backyard Design Pros for my project, he was not only extremely knowledgeable, but you could tell his passion for his work.
