"They came and looked at it and said the motor had to be replaced with a new one. Technician said "No problem, your covered for parts and labor under our Silver warranty plan." two days later they called and that they had decided that the motor was deemed "nonrepairable" and said they didn't have to do anything more ! They said to buy a new machine and "out of the goodness of our heart" they would give me $100 !! this is after I had paid them over$2500 over 8 years to have appliance repair insurance ! Their Silver Warranty is a TOTAL SCAM. They can claim anything is nonrepairable and not pay anything. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH BROWARD."
