They took the part from the AC they left us and said oh it takes a couple of days. It took like more than 2 weeks. The AC was out and it was just horrible. The living conditions in June or July here is horrible without an AC. There was another part broken on the freezer and that took a long time. I said well all my meat and everything I got in there is breaking down are you going to give me some new? Just because the part takes so long they should immediately replace the part. It took 24 to 48 hours for that part too. They were just horrible. I would never ever tell anybody to use them. It was a little cheaper on the price for the year but its not worth it, not at all. When they came they left their shoes on and we have a really light carpet going upstairs and in the upstairs and he didn't care he put his shoes on top of it. They were never prompt. The thing about it is you are afraid already when the thing breaks down and you have to suffer in the home that you live in. I can not deal with that and I said we have to find somebody else.
My clothes dryer was down and Roger, an excellent tech, came and fixed it once, and it held for a long time. But when the same problem re-occurred he wasn't available, so they sent (unnamed) instead.
Unnamed is an "air-conditioning" specialist that has no real training in dryers, I later found out. He put some awful, sticky black goo into the outside lining of the dryer and claimed it was fixed. Well, we tried to use the dryer and the smell from the concoction permeated the house. It was awful.
Back came Roger at HIGH request the next day. The poor man spent hours--hours--digging out and removing as much of the the mess his fellow repairman had made as humanly possible. Even when he gave it his all, the dryer (and our clothes) still reeked for a few weeks.
That was at the beginning of a new contract, so I told them never to send Unnamed back again--for any reason. Well, unnamed is the person who shows up most often when I call nowadays. Obviously, I don't trust him and his attitude stinks.
I have other more minor complaints, mostly about the poor attitude of the repairmen they've sent, other than good-old Roger.
The ladies in the office, on the other hand, are lovely. It's a real paradox working with them...
