"Dave did an exceptional job with hand scraping my entire 2000 square foot home.(with the exception of a couple bathrooms) He is a TRUE ARTIST! We gave him some of the most difficult white oak wood to work with, with lots of short pieces, and he turned it into a masterpiece. All of our neighbors have been in awe when they walk in and see our beautiful hand scraped floors. I could not recommend Dave enough. He is kind, hard working, and is a top-tier expert in his craft. He has an eye for detail that most do not have. And after a lengthy home renovation, I can tell you it’s hard to find good people to get the job done. There are a lot of flaky people out there, but Dave is not one of them. I would absolutely work with Dave again! Thank you Dave for taking on our project, and helping us finally move home. We will be loving our floors for years, and decades to come.❤️"

"The entire process of working with Chuck and his installers was a positive experience. My wood floor had water damage from the hurricane and since the flooring had been discontinued, I had no choice but to fully replace my downstairs floor. From the quote to picking out a replacement options, through install. Chuck was very easy to work with. The installers were here for two days to do the job and were quick and friendly. The floor looks great and I’m very happy with the experience. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs."

"We had 2 contractors bid out the work while we were under contract. We essentially knew the major items we wanted to address but also realized things would pop up. Geoff met with us very shortly after we contacted him. We selected Premier (and the other contractor) because of their high ratings on Angie's list. Both did a detailed analysis of the scope of work and asked a considerable amount questions. Geoff was first to provide his bid. We had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the other contractor to submit his (and we had to keep asking for it). The bids were substantially the same. Our main concern was that we were going to be absent for the majority of time the work was being done, only coming in on every other weekend. We needed to hire someone who we had confidence in quarterbacking the substantial work we planned (replace 2,000 sf of tile, reconfigure 2 closets into one and add California closet inserts to all bedroom closets, block off a door and large bay window, add substantial amount of stacked stone, remodel an entire guest bath, partially remodeled the master bath, repaint interior and exterior, not to mention various other work) when we were not there every day to oversee. Geoff gave us that confidence after meeting with him several times. We hired Premier and his team did an outstanding job. They completed the work on a timely basis with high quality workmanship. All of the sub-contractors were courteous (when we met them) and very clean. The demo of the existing tile was a dusty endeavor so they shut down the HVAC and put up visqueen to protect from dust especially in the kitchen. There was multiple folks working on various jobs throughout. I never felt like we lost any work time (which was our concern since we had a hard move-in date). One week prior to the moving van appearing the California closets were still on order and we got nervous. Geoff bird dogged the order which showed up two days before the move date. He had the install team in the next day. When we arrived with 20,000 pounds of stuff the day after, the closets were completely finished. That was huge! I could go on but I think you get the point. Geoff takes this very seriously and he was a true partner throughout the process. I highly recommend Premier."

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"
