Pyramid Hardwood Flooring

I found and contacted Pyramid Hardwood on Angie's list.  Kevin called me almost immediately and we set a time to view the floors.  I received his quote and scheduled the work.  They showed up on time as scheduled and did the work as agreed.  Kevin was very conscientious and particular about his work.  He did a great job and communicated his schedule with me daily  All said and done the floor looks tremendous.  The job site was kept as clean as could be expected and the final cleaning was good.  I would use Kevin again.

Kevin and his team took amazing pride in their work and this was definitely demonstrated in each phase of the process.  They worked tirelessly to get every inch and every corner absolutely PERFECT.  I really can't say enough positive things about the work that Kevin and his team performed.  My husband and I are BEYOND pleased, and that says a lot.  Our home is 8,000+ sq ft and we work very hard to make sure that our home is an example of the highest quality in decor, and that includes everything from the windows to the floors. It's easy to see that Kevin is used to working in high end homes and pays very high attention to detail. 
Outside of their high level of professionalism, Kevin and his team were respectful of our home, myself and our children.  They did not intrude on our privacy, did not use profanity in our home, and kept a very clean workspace.  They were trustworthy, kind and polite - and that is very hard to find.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, and would not hesitate to use their flooring service in the future. 

We couldn't be more pleased with their work.  The floors are stunning.  In  addition, they worked around our schedule, performed the work quickly and left the place cleaner than they found it.  Moreover, they gave us a wonderful price plus a 5% discount for using Angie's List.  Having used other hardwood flooring companies in the past, we can say with certainty these people know what they are doing.  We highly recommend them.

Kevin and Joe did an outstanding job. They worked very hard to ensure that every step was completed professionally. Within a few days, the floors looked even better than they did when our house was built twelve years ago.  They were always prompt and completed work as promised.  Prior to this work being done, I was really concerned that my house would be a mess due to the sanding and resurfacing of the floors.  That concern quickly disappeared when I saw the excellent work that was done.  My wife and I are extremely pleased with the job and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hardwood floor repairs, replacement, refinishing, or any other needs.  Their 25+ years of experience really made them stand out.

 

Had used Kevin Singleton before so I had his number and called him directly.  He has started his own company--Pyramid Hardwood Floors--and does all the work himself with a colleague. Made a date for him to come out and give us a bid.  He was on time and called to say he was just pulling up at the house.  Examined the stairs and gave us a bid in writing.  The date was set as we were going out of town. A neighbor let Kevin in in the morning and he set the alarm before he left in the evening.  When we got home everything looked fantastic.  Kevin came by a few days later to put in the door way separators for the two rooms that still had carpeting. 

He took pride in his work and is very committed to quality workmanship.  I can recommend him without reservation and would definitely use him again.

Kevin goes above and beyond.  I had a problem with the floor separating from the shoe molding--the house is almost 100 years old--and Kevin offered to come and repair it when he had a break in jobs and gave me a date for the service.  A really nice and personable young man.

After hiring many contractors over the last few months due to a whole house remodel, this was an exceptional contractor experiences . Kevin and Joe were very personable, extremely professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Even though we needed to leave the premises for a week due to the fumes their performance was actually above and beyond what we had expected. 
We were skeptical as to how the 72 year old abused hard wood floor would turn out,  but due to their guidance on stain color, transition design and other tips and tricks the end product was showroom quality.   
I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for real craftsmen to refinish hard wood flooring.

The provider met all conditions of the contract and did an excellent job in all facets of the work.  He did the work according to schedule, cleaned up as expected and did some extra work at no additional cost. Everyone who has seen the floors has remarked at the outstanding work. The price was the best estimate of cost with the other contractors.  The provided was very professional and very positive in all of our contacts. I would definitely use him again and would highly  recommend him to others without reservation..
