"Francisco is an extremely professional painter. Asked many questions and painted my house beautifully. He is focused, pays close attention to details and very hard working. He is a perfectionist and his excellent work shows it. Did everything I asked and wanted on the house. Patched styrofoam molding, replaced 2 pieces of rotten wood, caulked between house and lanai and applied waterproofing to roof of lanai. He is a man of many talents and has good ideas.
