"I was very satisfied with Anderson Landscaping. I called them because of a flood I had suffered during recent heavy rains. The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. At several points throughout the project, I would notice areas that I figured I would have to go in and clean up or tweak. However, the landscapers always noticed those spots far before I even had to bring it up. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and care. Dave Gordon was accessible and present from meeting us to pick out our travetine to picking out our glass pool tile. He stayed on top of everyone that was involved with the project . He even recommended a landscaper that we used and were very happy with. (Best Landscaping) . The only issue we had was that we had to wait 2 weeks longer than we initially wanted to since we had family coming down. Dave didnt want to squeeze us in and rush his guys. Well it was worth it! we are thrilled with the outcome. Everything came out beautifully and all the drainage problems were gone. You would never recognize the outside from the before pictures. "Driveway and patio pavers were improperly sealed years ago resulting in white haze everywhere. Only solution was to strip completely, sand and seal. Plan was day 1 strip, day2 sand and seal. After spending day 1 stripping they recommended another day of stripping because it was so thick and stubborn. They were determined to get it done right. It ultimately took 4 whole days to complete. They never asked for more $ and honored the original quote despite it taking twice as long. My pavers look like new and I’ll never have white haze again since they used the correct sealer for Florida. I highly Recommend Great Finishes and will use them again. Totally professional and honorable."
