"Florida Keys Landscaping Services removed a 25-foot coconut tree that was in a tight location with sheds and boats nearby. We called on Thursday and someone came to give a quote that evening. The price was quite reasonable and we agreed that they would come the next day to remove the tree. The workmen arrived on time, cut down the tree, removed the debris and cleaned the area in about one hour. Polite, professional and efficient. We couldn’t be more pleased."

"We were very pleased with all aspects of the installation. First of all, the price was much lower than we had expected. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were prompt, and completed the whole installation in one day. We have received many compliments on our awning - it is beautiful, and it makes our patio much cooler. We would definitely hire this company again!"

"They did much more than paint and stain the house. It began with small projects inside the house, from electrical to plumbing to grouting/sealing to wall repair. We could not have been more pleased with Drew and his team. They not only did good work, they are knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and even clean up after themselves. Additionally, we always knew when they were arriving and were kept abreast of any schedule changes. All projects were carefully monitored in progress. After having such a good experience with the interior work, we asked for a quote on painting the house exterior, the railings, and staining of the wood trim. They did all this and are overseeing a few more outdoor projects for us. All in all, in our opinion, you cannot go wrong by hiring Key Lime Properties."

"Kerr Construction removed and replaced a 24 step stairwell at my lake house. It was a tricky project on uneven ground. The completion of the project checked all the boxes which is not always the case at the Lake of the Ozarks. We really like the addition of a concrete formed pad at the bottom of the stairs. Not at all expected. The extra effort tied a bow on the project. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would contact Kerr Construction for additional deck related needs. Thank you Jackie and company!"
