Spent next 3 days working diligently and applying primer/stain/aggregate mixture to railing/pickets/ and finally 2 coats to flooring of deck/porch/stairs. Lastly put on final UV protector. Overall very pleased. Appearance went from 4/10 to 8.5 or 9/10. Color is custom brown and pleasing. Has slight blotchiness here and there, but that is part of the nature of the process. Too early, of course . to tell about durability and duration. I will try and post update in a year. Product does have 10 year warranty, and since this deck area only gets light-to-moderate use for only 5 months/year, I am hoping that it will last the advertised time."

"Blanca and her team assistant did a phenomenal job. Worked nonstop from the start, and were very thorough. Details from cleaning ovens, refrigerators in the kitchen, to removing dust from curtains, and finishing toilet paper rolls with a triangle - nice touches throughout. In the patio, they dusted rocks from the waterfall area, de-greased ceiling fans and french doors, mopped all of the covered patio areas and cleaned outside windows (including removing the screens). A little pricey, but worth it. Great work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail. I highly recommend using them."
