Mark came out and walked me through his recommendations as well as the reasons behind them (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated). He also gave me a reasonable quote along with some fair expectations as to how much the drainage would improve. He and his team did an amazing job. You honestly could not even tell they were there once the sod took root and the lawn was back to normal.
