"I paid Miguel Castillo of Grass My Ass 5,767.30 to install a putting green my back yard on March 5, 2025. I noticed several wrinkles in the turf immediately after the installation. Miguel, promised me that he would have his guys coming that weekend to fix it. He claimed he had a large project that would take monopolize his time, but he would fix it. I explained to him I was a snowbird and would be returning back to Alaska at the end of March and wanted to fix it immediately.
After I left he kept promising but never completed the project. It was the worst experience I?ve ever had with any business. I texted him regularly about the progress and even gave him the code to my fence to complete it with me not being there.
