"Great work done on my backsplash and island to include some electrical work. I can’t complain at all...I had my kitchen done with others and they came and fix my errors! Juan did the work and his wife assistance in paying attention to detail is great! Very detailed, clean, flexible and very customer oriented. I will be hiring again for another home project! I would highly recommend. They come on time, reasonable price and the attention is out of sight! Thank you Fernandez Floor and Bathroom!"

"Lee and her team did an exellent job cleaning our new condo. The condo was recently completed and the developer left it a mess. We hired Lee to clean everything inclduing the floors, showers, windows, baseboards sinks and toilets. We left her our key and returned to a beautiful and clean condo.
Ona seperate occasion, we hired her to sit at our house for the cable company prior to our arrival. They are great, punctual and courteous.

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. With AAA you have a contractor with a college degree in this field. Do yourself a favor and in the very least contact them and discuss your plans. Feel free to contact me via email for a reference. "Bill Wiz has creative ideas and can produce plans to your satisfaction. He keeps the project simple by providing 3 phases - concept, design and construction phase. Each phase has a payment plan and each phase is a milestone of deliverables which makes it easy to understand the progress of his project."

"Very good job.we are very happy with the results ! The new paint makes it much brighter and clean! This husband and wife team did a great job , I would hire them again !"

"Hands on deck did a fantastic job with my bathroom tile replacement. After pulling up the cracked tile they called to alert me that the sheet rock was missing under the tile. They went to the store, picked up the necessary sheet rock, completed the cutting of the sheet rock and then the installation of the new tile. They did this extra work and still kept to the original estimate. The finished result looks great. Highly recommend this company for any tile work."

"The builder that I chose uses his own Architect Firm. Wayne was very knowledgeable and professional."
