Finally i met Jamie and fortunately he had the know how and the crew which could do the mud set deck and the pool remodel at a better overall price. We noticed that everyone that actually hired him had given him fantastic reviews. Now I know they were well deserved. Everything went exactly as promised and changes that we requested were arranged for with little or no incremental cost. Emails went back and forth before an appointment date could be established between the roofer and my tenants.  There was at least a 2-day delay waiting for Atrium Paints to get back to us each time.   When they responded, they set up a date to come in 2 weeks (their earliest availability) but showed up after only one week and did a very satisfactory job.

  It was just frustrating communicating with them.  Their work was fine, and they were courteous when they got back to us, just not as promptly as I expected.
