About us
Koala Insulation of Palm Beaches is the area's certified insulation expert providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors and property owners. We work with new construction, retrofit applications, and properties affected by natural disasters or that have suffered significant damage. We provide all types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, spray foam, and batt-insulation. Furthermore, we provide a number of energy efficiency upgrades such as air sealing, thermal imaging, hatch and can light covers. If it involves insulating or improving energy efficiency within a building envelope, we can handle it. We offer competitive prices and free insulation evaluations. We are locally owned and operated, fully insured and licensed, and our services come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Amazing team! Kristina worked some magic to get us scheduled so quickly, she was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with.
Kenny went above and beyond his typical job description, returning to inspect an area we missed, and confirming the work quality for us - just for peace of mind.

I worked with Andrew and he did a great job educating me and made it clear that it was more important that he meet my needs than make another sale. The two teams that did my old insulation removal and new installation were both great as well. I specifically had Easme, Rashod, and Naz for the removal. They were professional friendly and fast. I had Victor and his team for the installation and they were equally as great and did an excellent job with the spray foam. All-around great experience and would highly recommend.

Trying to bring down the temperature in my house and save money by installing a solar attic fan. Andrew came out and assessed my needs and had good recommendations for me and was knowledgeable about the products. He also came back after installation to make sure it was operating correctly. Before you get a new A/C it pays to up your insulation and install a fan.

Koala was professional in every way. From sales to installation. I've had foam insulation done on my previous homes and they were the best. Their explanation of the process was concise and on schedule. I had questions after the installation and they had an AC expert come out and test my system so everything works together perfectly. One week after installation I have already seen a decrease in my energy use according to FPL Energy Manager. Can't say enough. Neighbors have already come by to inquire about KOALA. Bruce P.

Very dishonest people. They do not stand behind what they promise to do. They said they were going to repair the damage caused by one of his workers and they do not get back to the customer. The name of the owner is Clint Cobia.

We promptly had a professional fix the damage that was done and replaced a fan for you, we also did not charge you thousands of dollars worth of work that was done for your inconvenience. Although it is rare, it is an unfortunate reality that when you spend as much time in attics as we do there is going to be a misstep occasionally."

The job was done on time but I am still have to clean up overspray and of course the price went up.

"Hello Burnell, we are sorry to hear that you were cleaning up overspray. We would have happily sent someone out to clean up whatever may have been missed if we were informed of this. There were multiple reasons for the price to go up. Our estimates are good for 30 days because of the volatility of the pricing of the products we offer. We sent you the initial estimate before the home was built in September 2021, and we did the job in August of 2022. Pricing for spray foam had changed drastically in that 11-month timeframe. There was also a change in the scope of work from what you originally requested, and what was needed on your new home."

Great communication and customer service. Not the least expensive company but very professional. We do have insulation coming out of some old attic entries and air vents because they sprayed everywhere in the attic but hopefully that will slow down soon.
