Leonard Feldman, of Star Construction, responded immediately to look at our house (he made a personal trip and spent quite some time with us) to enlarge our living area. Mr. Feldman is an unbelievably knowledgeable person who sat down with us, actually sketched out a plan and helped us budget for the work. He provided a detailed proposal with a reasonable price. He then engaged an engineer to draw up plans, made sure the permitting was achieved, and oversaw the project. His workmen did exactly what we expected in good time.
