We are rather disappointed with our experience with City Roofing thus far after signing a contract with them about two months ago. We had been assured by the salesman that we would be hearing back from the owner within days. The sales person walked us through the process and we initially felt we were going with a reputable company. After paying a substantial deposit, we have heard nothing for the past several months without prompting from my husbandâ  s end. The permit has been approved, and weâ  re here we have been waiting to hear from the company about the work that is supposed to be started. They have only returned calls when my husband has contacted them. Today after a very strongly worded email he sent to the company. We did receive a text from them claiming that they have been calling us repeatedly. After much discussion it turns out they were using a telephone number not assigned to my husband for over three years. It is difficult to understand how a company like this could make such a mistake because all the correct information was on the contract and all the forms that we completed with a sales person. Needless to say, we are going into this roof replacement with a lot of trepidation. We had initially felt very confident when we signed the contract, but at this point, we feel anxious and leery. It is a lot of money, and we are both retired. The company has not done much to alleviate our anxiety. They are having the incorrect information on file makes us question

This company caused damages to the property after performing a roof Softwash . I contacted multiple times the company and they refused to come and see the damages and provide de business license. Look for a responsible company that face responsibility when cause damages

Unresolved Damages Caused by City Roofing I feel it is crucial to share my profoundly disappointing experience with City Roofing to alert others about the potential damages and lack of accountability associated with their services. On November 27th, City Roofing conducted a roof soft wash service on my house, resulting in a nightmarish aftermath. The visible and extensive damages include burnt plant ornaments surrounding my house perimeter, severe damage to a fruit plant due to improper covering, and signs of burning on a front pine tree. Additionally, the chemical product used stripped the paint luster from the fascia, leaving it dull and colorless. Despite my attempts to reach out to Jesus, the person in charge, for an assessment, he failed to show up and ignored subsequent contact efforts. The lack of communication and refusal to address the situation is deeply concerning. City Roofing has demonstrated a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability for the damages caused. Even a simple request for the Business License has been ignored. As a customer, I am profoundly disheartened by their disregard for the consequences of their work. The damages incurred and the subsequent lack of resolution are unacceptable. I strongly recommend seeking a more reliable and responsible service provider. Spare yourself the frustration and potential property damage by looking elsewhere.

City Roofing is amazing. They have the best customer service. They care about their customers and understand the urgency of getting a leak fixed and how stressful it can be. I could not sleep at night because we had a leak and it is hurricane season. Once their team came, it took them one day to fix it.. I can sleep better now. 100% recommended. 5 stars.

City Roofing is superb in customer focus, choice of materials, workmanship, worker competency and integrity, and follow-through. Highly recommended, they did a worderful job on our asphalt shingle/flat roof project. We have had our first heavy rainstorm now since the project was completed, so we can say the work has been tested and passed with flying colors!
