Best basement waterproofing pros near Doral, FL

"Rod & the guys at SealProMax have been incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the stressful situation which was my leaky basement. Rod came in and was able to describe how their product works, gave a live test sample, then explained that they will use as much solution as necessary to stop all water from entering my basement. After 3 days worth of locating and filling cracks & air pockets with their material, it appears that my basement no longer will see flooding every time it rains. They have been adamant about the quality of their product and have given me the piece of mind knowing that they will return as many times as needed in order to ensure that our problem will not return. Add all of this on top of their warranty and I can happily say that their service has been well worth the money spent. I would recommend Rod & his crew to anyone in need of waterproofing any leaks in their basement who are willing to spend their money on a product & service that cannot be matched."

"It comes out exactly what I’m expecting. My basement stays dry until now problem solved without the inconvenience of a construction noise in your basement. The duration of the job is very minimal and the price is reasonable. Very professional."

"Had a great experience with this company! Estimate and scope of work was clear, the price was fair, and Bryce and Jose went above and beyond to reroute my dryer vent inside of an interior wall and away from the waterproofing area! Definitely would recommend"

"Gavin Gordon exhibits excellent customer service and professionalism. After requesting an appointment online and choosing a day/time, the appointment was confirmed and scheduled. After asking us about our concerns, Gavin inspected the home inside and out, measured, evaluated the levels and gave us his expert recommendations. The experience was very informative and we are confident that our foundation issues will be repaired and resolved by Alpha Foundations."
