Had a small bedroom floor refinishing job in City of Newburgh. They replied right away to my call, came and gave an estimate and completed the job within days of the initial call. They were courteous and fast and the 90+ year old floor looked absolutely fabulous! Would not hesitate to use them again on other floor re-do's.

I currently have a 3 phase floor project underway in my home. Superior Floors have completed Phase 1 and we are most impressed in all aspects of their work. Quality of work, finish, clean up, promptness to the schedule. Looking forward to seeing the results of Phase 2 which commences in a few weeks.

The workmanship was great although a little too pricey.

Superior removed old carpet backing that had "melted" into the hardwood. The floors are beuatiful now with the rich grain flawlessly refinished and sealed.

Fabian (one of the partners) provided a complete estimate that, after comparative quotes, was the best price; what I especially appreciated was his suggestion on how to "frame" a tiled area with a darker contrasting hardwood; it was perfect and we would have never thought of it; Carlos (the other partner) and his crew arrived right on time the date of the scheduled install and did a beautiful job; the detail on the tile framing was perfect and although it took a long time and I thought could never possibly be finished that day, once they get going on the field, it was amazing; very, very happy

I received the quickest response I have ever seen, to my inquire for an estimate from Gary, Fabian was early for the onsite estimate, and he gave me the total cost. Great pricing.!!!! Fabian was willing to start the work according to my needs and schedule and the work was done on time and the floors are Magnificent !!!! The detail work ,for any of the flooring imperfections, was expertly attended to. All floors in the bedrooms, livingroom and hallway AND closets look brand new. Fantastic work.!!!

They were neat, polite, did an excellent job, the work was superb. Pricing was on par with other conttractors. Did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. No issues at all with them.

Moving of furniture ending costing us lot's of extra money!

Superior Floors did an amazing job transforming my floors from nasty to beautiful. Carlos did an amazing repair job - even replacing subfloors - and matched it all perfectly to the hardwood he and his team refinished. They worked diligently from start to finish to help me meet my hurried deadline and were very professional, thorough and demonstrated high quality craftsmanship.

Three guys came in and worked their butts off. The laid down parkay flooring in two rooms in less than 7 hours. It looks fantastic! The clean up was great! And best of all, the price was very good.

From the time of the estimate to the completion, Superior Floors gave superior customer service. The floor looks better than I had imagined and I did not notice any smell or dust in my condo. I highly recommend these guys and will hire them again when the time comes.
