Rod & the guys at SealProMax have been incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the stressful situation which was my leaky basement. Rod came in and was able to describe how their product works, gave a live test sample, then explained that they will use as much solution as necessary to stop all water from entering my basement. After 3 days worth of locating and filling cracks & air pockets with their material, it appears that my basement no longer will see flooding every time it rains. They have been adamant about the quality of their product and have given me the piece of mind knowing that they will return as many times as needed in order to ensure that our problem will not return. Add all of this on top of their warranty and I can happily say that their service has been well worth the money spent. I would recommend Rod & his crew to anyone in need of waterproofing any leaks in their basement who are willing to spend their money on a product & service that cannot be matched.

the sealant to prevent water seepage and flow was absolutely fantastic and the service was way above what one could expect. I recommend tem higly. the cost was well below what others wolud have charged

They stop the water infiltration in 1 hour, the technology is amazing. The cost is a little over but worth it.

Excellent job, the total cost charged actually saved me lots compared to the other quotes I was given by other companies. I shopped around a lot for good prices. My basement walls had cracks that went straight onto the floors and water was seeping through. Everything was fixed in one day. They came back after a week to do a follow up to make sure everything was good and dry, which it was. Overall very happy and would recommend them.
