"Salbo Construction has completed over 500 projects in Florida, and our license remains active and in good standing, including with the DBPR. Our company deeply cares about customer feedback and diligently works with its customers to come up with resolutions when disagreements arise. In fact, Salbo Construction has been in negotiations with this customer since January 2025 to come to a resolution. However, it is also imperative that Salbo address false and misleading comments such as these solely posted to intentionally hurt its business. This review is inaccurate and false. Salbo has obtained 8 permits, passed inspections, and issued invoices per its contract, which was signed and approved by this customer. This customer decided to stop making payments to Salbo Construction pursuant to the contract, preventing completion. The customer has not paid for the cabinetry. The cost of the cabinetry was credited to the customer because the customer changed his cabinetry order, which meant the 1st order had to be cancelled and credited. The work has not been completed because the customer ceased making payments and refuses to do so. Salbo cannot proceed with a construction project without payment."
