"I bought a Sunesta retractable awning 8 years ago. Mike Meadows the owner installed the awning. Unfortunately no gutter was at top the awning and the fabric was damaged. the product was still under warranty however this is not a product malfunction. Mike came out and was able to match up some fabrics where the hole was so i can continue using my awning. Not only did he correctly match the fabric he also cleaned and lubricated the awning and did not charge me for his time and i truly consider this exceptional customer service. I would refer him highly and when i will be able to buy a new cover i would buy from him."

"Excellent work as usual. We used D&D  before to replace all our windows and doors.  Next on the list was to make a screened in patio.  D&D did it all. They got the permits, enlarged the patio, poured the concrete and custom built the enclosure.  It is wonderful. The D&D team are so professional, friendly, and perfectionists. "I called and requested an estimate for replacing said windows. The condo is a rental, so they made an appointment to meet me there. They were on time, measured, told me my options, and went over the condo rules so that everything would be up to code. They had replaced windows in the in the condo next door to mine, so they were already somewhat familiar with the rules and regs. I made my choices, was given an estimate, and made a down payment at that time.He said another gentleman would be in touch to take final measurements within that week, which he did. I met him there the following week and he measured.....and re-measured. He informed me that the back wall was not deep enough to house the new windows, so I was a little concerned as to how much more this would cost. When I called the company to make final arrangements to have work done, I was told not to worry, that they would take care of everything......which they did. They arrived on time, on the day promised. They called me about 15 minutes prior to their arrival so the I could meet them to let them in. It took almost 2 days to complete as they had to literally take out the whole wall on the patio, frame in the windows and rebuild the wall......and this is upstairs! They even contacted the condo maintenance worker to get matching paint and painted outside and inside. From start to finish, the workers were professional, proficient and pleasant, and they kept everything very clean.  I am extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again. Very friendly, professional, and deliver what they promise!

"We had a flat roof that was leaking very badly and we could not use the patio. So we had the roof replaced and the patio enclosed with acrylic windows. Here is the good news I had used this company before for a roof repair and had a very good experience so I had them come out for a price for this project. They suggested the acrylic windows and I am so happy we can now use the patio as an additional living space."
