Francisco installed a beautiful set of custom awnings over our porches and when one of our awnings became stained and sagging from water runoff from our roof, Francisco replaced the awning as part of the warranty.

while others may have received good service and product I have not. When Francisco sold me the service I received plenty of attention and a quick response. When the crew Installed the awning covers there were wrinkles and the covers looked loose. I was told the fabric would shrink and this would correct itself. Six months later the wrinkles did not settle down smooth and then I noticed the grommets are too close to the edge and not placed correctly in the corners and are beginning to pull out of the fabric. I am not getting any response from the company after a month of calling and leaving messages.
