The job involved removing the existing metal framework to facilitate fascia replacement, painting, rebuilding the structure, and then installing the new canvas. An unforeseen complication occurred, but ultimately Awninglux solved it at no additional charge - even though the problem was found to be outside the scope of our contract. D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.

The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.

We are so happy with the workmanship that we now are using D&D Aluminum to add a screened in patio to the back of our house.

"I called and requested an estimate for replacing said windows. The condo is a rental, so they made an appointment to meet me there. They were on time, measured, told me my options, and went over the condo rules so that everything would be up to code. They had replaced windows in the in the condo next door to mine, so they were already somewhat familiar with the rules and regs. I made my choices, was given an estimate, and made a down payment at that time.He said another gentleman would be in touch to take final measurements within that week, which he did. I met him there the following week and he measured.....and re-measured. He informed me that the back wall was not deep enough to house the new windows, so I was a little concerned as to how much more this would cost. When I called the company to make final arrangements to have work done, I was told not to worry, that they would take care of everything......which they did. They arrived on time, on the day promised. They called me about 15 minutes prior to their arrival so the I could meet them to let them in. It took almost 2 days to complete as they had to literally take out the whole wall on the patio, frame in the windows and rebuild the wall......and this is upstairs! They even contacted the condo maintenance worker to get matching paint and painted outside and inside. From start to finish, the workers were professional, proficient and pleasant, and they kept everything very clean.  I am extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again. Very friendly, professional, and deliver what they promise!

"We had a patio that was enclosed before the house. The steel post that was the original outdoor patios was used in the enclosure they rusted and the windows and door started leaking very bad. Kris came out and gave us some ideas for rebuild and we went with it, we have a much betted enclosure and are very happy. We had a lot of companies give us estimates but Kris was vey knowledgeable in this type of construction and the permit process ect. no regrets"
