Residential Home ServicesVERY UNHAPPY! They only replaced the galvanized pipe under the house with CPVC. Nothing was run through the floor to the toilets and sinks. I have had to replace some of the "thru wall" pipes myself. I paid $1200 for a job that should have been only $300 max.
Installers were on time and fully equipped and prepared for the job. Very knowledgeable and professional, worked quickly, left work areas clean. Finished on time. Would recommend highly.

This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."
