"This company deserves FAR more than 5 stars! After falling for a flooring scam (50Floor! STAY AWAY!), I hired Brad to look at some problem areas and get the floor leveled. They worked quickly, were consummate professionals, experts in their field, and all at a very reasonable cost. When they discovered that my house was not structurally sound, Brad and his team worked furiously to build a temporary structure to support the second floor and roof, just before a hurricane hit town in a matter of hours. In the end, I was so impressed with the entire job that I hired Brad to install new flooring upstairs when the construction was finished. There is not anything they can not do! "Just okay. Work started out great. Price was great and he was very responsive and on time. We discussed the issues and at that time he said he could cover the cracks in my drywall and install new siding. I requested pressure treated window sills for the room because the wood sills I had were warped feom the heat of the sun. As we neared the end of the project the work became sloppy. He left a hole in my wall and said he could not get his tool in there to put a piece in there to cover it. The last wall he put siding on was not measured pproperly. He filled 1/2 inch gaps with caulking to fill in the gaps which he was not even going to do until I asked him to. The door he installed fell off the top hinge so my husband had to put in longer screws. The drywall that was cracked has started to crack all over again. He also threw away the universal key to rekey the smartlock he just installed for me. Lastly he was supposed to fix a crack in my garage ceiling and he only fixed 1/2 of it. Plus he neverinstalledpressurewtreatedowoodlikeIrequestedforthewindowsills"

"Now that my husband has advanced ALS, he is no longer able to sleep in our upstairs master bedroom. The VA SAH grant which my husband was awarded allowed us to extend a small downstairs office space into the garage, to make him him a comfortable, bedroom built to both ADA and VA standards. An addition was built on to the existing home to provide him with a fully equipped handicapped bathroom which meets ADA/VA standards. Modifications were also made to the garage, deck, several doorways, and outside gate to provide adequate egress/ingress for my husband's power wheelchair. The project included removing our deck, raising the ground, and laying new pavers to create a deck flush to exit doorways. Kenny Reinhardt's estimate was the low bid for the project. I hesitated until I understood that his low overhead expenses allowed him to submit a competitive bid and still make a profit. The project came in within budget and I was never asked to accept a lesser product/spec than I desired in order to meet budget. Kenny Reinhardt's goal is to exceed the customer's expectations; in his own words "make her happy". His workmanship is of the highest quality.
