My project was a rush job to meet the requirements set by my insurance company. They immediately sent someone to evaluate the repairs and gather information for the estimate. I received the estimate on the next business morning and was soon on their work schedule. The repair crew was on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, did a great job on my repairs, and completed the work before the deadline that I needed. I’m fully satisfied with the quality of work, customer service, and attention to my needs. They really went the extra mile for me. I will give them my business again when the time comes. Special thanks to Rene, Wayne, Randy, Ronnie, Dustin, and the rest of the team.

Afab Solutions did not complete the job as promised. Several project delays with so many excuses. I always paid them on-time. Also, their workers damaged my property. The owner never returned any of my phone calls and text messages when I escalated my concerns. They also do not honor their warranty. I do not recommend them for any painting projects!

"We are sorry you feel this way. Regarding not completing what we promised, we always delivered on our end; unfortunately, we could not complete punch-outs, and repair damages from other contractors after our work was basically completed (minus punch-outs) for the same price it was agreed upon due to the amount of work required (in many areas, whole rooms needed to be re-painted). Also, we did not appreciate getting disrespected or talked down to constantly. Regarding the damages to your property, AFAB always refunded and/or replaced items you claimed were damaged by us without any argument to ensure your satisfaction. Unfortunately, this did not happen and we again, we are sorry you feel this way. Last, but not least, we honor all our warranties as long as they are legitimate claims. We cannot warranty work not performed by us or damages caused due to lack of maintenance, damages from chemicals used to remove rust stains on walls, or simply repair things we forewarned were going to happen if certain measures were not taken. These were measures that were decided against to save money. Feel free to contact our offices to come to a peaceful resolution."

We purchased a home with Stucco and wood behind it. Apparently the Codes back in the 1990;s were not up to par. We had Home inspection when we purchased home evidently Inspector missed Chimney which had leak from top of Flashing to roof. 3 Years later I was checking around home noticed Budge in STUCCO. Not Good! I called Alex and his crew and in and out work was done and completed .. better than when original home was built. Thank you Alex and Men of that work for him Reasonable Price, fast Service, Great work, and they were prompt every day and cleaned up.

Alex and his professional work group repaired stucco work supporting the 4 columns in the front of my home. Originally done in wood, he replaced with concrete blocks. This is the way this part of construction should have been done in the first place by the original builder in 1994. Alex and his crew are exceptional. Very courteous and professional. If I have need of any other repairs or remodeling I would not hesitate to give him priority for the job. Thanx Alex. MRG

2 months ago Alex of AFAB solutions did an amazing job. After a painter had damaged my stucco trim, he came in and made it look like new again. He is knowledgeable, personable, and most of all takes a lot of care in what he does. It was very refreshing after dealing with so many other contractors. I appreciated the time he took to explain his process and the end result is phenomenal.
