"Marlan was on time and very methodical. He did a meticulous deep cleaning of my house. He explained everything as he went and he was very personable to deal with. I have scheduled him to clean my house monthly."

"I got a quick response from this vendor. I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

"Mr. Pagán was on time, friendly, very professional and neat during the entire process. He explained the products being used and answered my questions. I have had many compliments on the final work and have already let friends and family know who to call for their cleaning needs."

"Joe of qualified cleaning did an amazing job on our house. Took the time to explain the process to every detail of the pressure wash he was doing. Would recommend again in a heart beat. Five stars out of five stars."

"Coordinating together, we were able to work through some issues and move forward resulting in a good outcome."

"UPDATE: After review was posted, owner reached out and asked how he could make up for this. Although we didn't agree on how, I appreciate his effort in reaching out and his empathy. It took them a couple of days until they heard from their cleaning person and the car accident notification. I understand this situation was out of his personal control. Perhaps for a regular cleaning I would give them another shot since all his other reviews seem to be high. But would remain skeptic for a special occasion cleaning, for now, since the local employee was unreliable. ORIGINAL POST: Great disappearing act. No show. I scheduled cleaning service for May 3.. on May 3 they texted me asking if they could change to May 4. I said yes but to make sure they cleaning was done Sat morning because I had a gathering at the house that afternoon. At 10:00 am I called them to find out why the cleaner had not showed up. Turns out the contracted the service to another company and nobody could get a hold of the person that was supposed to clean my house. I hope that person is ok, but as a company you need to be on top of your people and ensure things are happening. Company should have reached out to the maid early in the morning to ensure all was going ok. After not being able to reach out to her they should have sent someone else. Not just assume. When I called they said the best they could do was cancel the appointment and give me a refund. Thatâ s doing nothings for me. Thatâ s your obligation. I had a gathering at the house to spread my husbands ashes in our lake. Needless to say what this did to me. Unnecessary stress and me having to clean the house by myself at the last moment."

"The team is great at cleaning and sanitizing. They are very efficient and have very reasonable prices. I moved into a home and they took care of all the unpacking and the cleaning. Highly recommended"

"The 2 men cleaned/disenfexted over 40 windows and 4 sets of sliders in just a few hours! Sparkling clean is what I like and definitely will have them come on at least a quarterly basis to keep it this way! Best decision I’ve made - you won’t regret it!"
