We had a deep clean on our entire home and the team of Alex and Danielle were absolutely amazing What a job they did! My home feels brand new once again after 24 years since built. They worked extremely hard to ensure we were happy as they did not miss a spot of cleaning. Alex and Danielle Rock!!

UPDATE: After review was posted, owner reached out and asked how he could make up for this. Although we didn't agree on how, I appreciate his effort in reaching out and his empathy. It took them a couple of days until they heard from their cleaning person and the car accident notification. I understand this situation was out of his personal control. Perhaps for a regular cleaning I would give them another shot since all his other reviews seem to be high. But would remain skeptic for a special occasion cleaning, for now, since the local employee was unreliable. ORIGINAL POST: Great disappearing act. No show. I scheduled cleaning service for May 3.. on May 3 they texted me asking if they could change to May 4. I said yes but to make sure they cleaning was done Sat morning because I had a gathering at the house that afternoon. At 10:00 am I called them to find out why the cleaner had not showed up. Turns out the contracted the service to another company and nobody could get a hold of the person that was supposed to clean my house. I hope that person is ok, but as a company you need to be on top of your people and ensure things are happening. Company should have reached out to the maid early in the morning to ensure all was going ok. After not being able to reach out to her they should have sent someone else. Not just assume. When I called they said the best they could do was cancel the appointment and give me a refund. Thatâ s doing nothings for me. Thatâ s your obligation. I had a gathering at the house to spread my husbands ashes in our lake. Needless to say what this did to me. Unnecessary stress and me having to clean the house by myself at the last moment.

They were extremely responsive and easy the schedule. The communication was great The cleaning was for a deep cleaning and they were very detailed, especially in the kitchen which was upon request. They delivered and Iâ m thinking about hiring them monthly.

I hired them to do a move out clean from top to bottom including shampooing the carpets, cleaning windows, cleaning behind/above all appliances, etc... and they were amazing! Not only was the work immaculate but the cleaners were so personable, friendly and willing to go above and beyond what was expected of them. They exceeded beyond my expectations and made me regret moving after I saw how beautiful and brand new everything looked after their spotless cleaning. They even found items I had left behind when moving all my stuff out that I didn't realize had been left behind in the top of a closet and on top shelves in the kitchen that I couldn't see or reach. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done by a cleaning service or company. The owner is also a very professional, understanding and friendly. You will NOT find a better friendly, honest, and professional cleaning company anywhere in central or Northeast Florida.

Because of the logistical errors and staff difficulties that occurred with our appointment I have to give the overall experience a 4.5 out of 5. The eventual quality of the service was phenomenal.
