"We appreciate that there are two sides to every story. Our records indicate that the member initially contacted us on November 5, 2025, requesting a cleaning service and received a quote of $220 for a deep cleaning scheduled for November 7, 2025. During our conversation, the member expressed interest but later chose to cancel the booking after finding a lower-priced service. Unfortunately, the cancellation was communicated less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, leading to a 50% cancellation fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy. We strive to be transparent with our policies, which we make clear in our communications. Following the cancellation, we received a voicemail from the member on November 6, indicating that the service she booked elsewhere did not show up. We returned her call and discussed the possibility of rescheduling her cleaning service for the next day, during which she confirmed her interest in proceeding and provided payment information. However, we had already marked her as "not hired" due to her earlier cancellation and did not proceed with the booking. We understand the frustration this situation has caused the member, and we genuinely value her interest in our services. To facilitate a positive resolution, we would like to offer her a discount on her next cleaning service with us, should she choose to book with us in the future.
