"The salesman reiterated numerous times that lift was likely but not guaranteed. Lift did not happen."

"Project was pool deck leveling. MJ the walk through rep was great and provided up front/honest discussions of the problem. I performed some research of my problem either poly foam or mudjacking. Alpha Foundation company has been around for 20 years and had great reviews. "It went fabulous. Mr. Sanchez did outstanding work, completed the job exactly in the timeframe he quoted, and he was very pleasant to work with. This was a very messy job and he was very careful to cover everything with a bubble of plastic. After removing the popcorn ceiling he skim coated it and his craftsmanship was superior! "i have not done it yet due to finances but the man who came to my home, pete derosa was very helpful, very clean,friendly,polite and explanatory. price was not outlandish for the prep and actual work that needs to be done. he had color brochures and actual samples of what stuff looks like when it is done. i was very happy with him and plan to use him as soon as the rest of the contractors finish the rest of the house. i do not want to do this and have another contractor mess up his work."
