He was very patient, listend to our needs and answered all our questions. The first day of work the crew was on time and worked all day long. Honest and hardworking employees, must say. "Danny was very nice on the phone and scheduled the job for the next day. José came out and was flexible with what I wanted done. He was very personable and easy to work with. The job was completed, but the next day I realized I wasn’t happy with the way my floor looked (no fault of José’s). I called Danny again and he got back to me the next day. José came out again and was more than happy to accommodate my OCD. He even replaced a tile without me asking, because he wanted to “make it look perfect.” All around good experience with these guys."

"I had been looking to have some bamboo installed on my stairs and master bedroom. I had a hard time finding anyone that would even touch bamboo. I finally found a couple of people that would entertain it and I arranged for them to come and give me an estimate. Gustavo came over and was in no hurry at all. We talked about what I wanted to have done and there were some tricky issues. I have a hand built stainless steel raining that was on the stairs which was not going to be easy as it is one entire piece. We discussed our options and I was very comfortable with what we decided upon. The other two gentlemen that came to give me an estimate seemed like they were late for dinner and rushed though everything and just kept nodding their heads and saying, "Uh-huh." Although, they weren't really listening to me. When all of the estimates came in Cavalieri's estimate was not just a little less, but considerably less than both of the others. Honestly, that concerned me a little bit and I hesitated before making my decision. After sleeping on it I decided to go with Cavalieri. I did not regret my decision. Fabio, the lead installer, walked the project area with me discussing how we would move forward. I work from home so if there were any questions I was readily available and there were a few times when he called me to come and discuss. I really appreciate that he involved me on the decisions that were being made. The whole crew was very personable and polite and they never really took a break except for lunch. They did an incredible job and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Cavalieri."
