April 10, took deposit for work. Repeated calls were unanswered or promises to start. On July 15 they said they did not have cabinets and would refund deposit. No refund to date - September 3.

They were professional and very nice to my parents.
I did not have to worry about any bad behaviour.

When I called for an estimate, they came right out-excellent (+). At the time of the estimate, the estimator told us they were about two weeks out before they could start the job. We had to go to the show room to pick out the tile we wanted. the estimator did not have samples or a book with him (-). There was only one person in the show room when we went over to pick out the tile. She was helpful, but was more focused on other customers when they came in (-). After we picked out the tile, we were told that we should receive a call from the installer in about a week. After 10 days, I had to call the warehouse to leave a message for the installer to call. Three days later I got the call from the installer (-). We then set up a date for the install. Jarod, the installer, was prompt and on time. He was very professional and clean. He also did a very good job on the install and cleaning. After he left, you could not tell any one had been here (+++). The installer, Jarod, is the only reason that I checked the above box yes, "would you use again". Pricing was good, but the customer service before the install needs some work.

They were considerably lower than the other person that I had had a bid on. The manager that was in charge was very receptive to making sure the job was done right. If there were any problems, they came back and fixed them. You never felt like you weren't getting good customer service. The sub-contractor they used did a really nice job. We weren't even here when it was done. We came back and found a few things that we wanted fixed. The guy came over personally and said he would have them taken care of and everything was done properly. You could trust them in your home while you weren't there. They did the job right for you. They made sure you were happy. If you needed somebody to do quality work while you were not there, they could be trusted and they followed up with good customer service. They were courteous and friendly people. The office staff worked well. We worked with them from sales all the way through to the final construction process. They were competitively priced. The quality of work was good enough.
