"This is an awesome, professional team. We signed the contract the first of January and said we needed the work done before February 1st. Well, the work is done and it's awesome!!! All screens are tight and so clear that when you look through them it looks like there's no screen there. The men who installed were so polite and professional. It's obvious they take great pride in their work. It was "yes sir" "no sir". It took two days. They totally cleaned up the first evening even though we told them they didn't have to. They said they wanted to so that the dirt wouldn't get damp. The service was prompt, professionally done and excellent quality. "Randall Moore was my point of contact and he contacted me right away to schedule a time to meet my wife and I at the house to explain our options and the repair process. Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day. They also worked neat, which is not easy when tearing off thousands of pounds of roofing material. Thanks to everyone at Proguard for a great experience and a beautiful job!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Initially Southern Screen came to the house to see and measure out what I wanted to have done. Within a day or two was given written estimate with diagrams to review. Upon accepting the estimate they ordered the slider. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from manufacturer. Then we set up an installation appointment. They arrived on time and within half day the install was done. Very professional! It really is nice. At a later date I am having them return to build a small screen porch on the existing patio slab in the rear of house."
