Triple A Vent Cleaning & Appliance Repair

Job was performed by Robin Adkin. Very thorough job, fast and very reasonable. Triple A Vent did not perform job.

We purchased a new to us dryer and it wasn't drying well and there was a bad smell. the repair person said it was probably a bad vent. We called Jose and he came and cleaned out the vent in a timely fashion. The drying time improved but there was still a bad smell when we used the dryer. We had the appliance guy come back and he couldn't find anything wrong. We called Jose again and he returned and said there was nothing wrong in the vent. as he looked further into the problem he said that the problem was in the plug and we needed an electrician. He was spot on with his diagnosis. If Jose hadn't discovered the problem we could have had a serious fire. We are impressed with AAA Vent Cleaning and Appliance Repair and recommend them highly

Jose` did a very thorough cleaning of the entire vent stack. The roof outlet was totally obstructed with lint which he brought down from the roof to show us. He explained why this affected the drying time of our new dryer. Very impressed with his professionalism.

Jose was very professional. He explained what he was doing. Easy to work with. Vent hose was in bad condition and had to be replaced. He had replacement vent hose with him so I didn’t have to go to store and move dryer. A plus at my age. So clean you never knew he was here!

Jose came out to my home just a few hours after I contacted him. He got to work immediately after arriving. Cleaned the vent from both ends and then put everything back in place. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes. Very professional. I plan on having him clean the vent on a yearly basis after I saw how much lint he pulled out. Highly recommend him to others!

The man was very polite. I have shoulders problems so I asked him to hand a piece from the dryer vent to wipe off and he said he will take care of it for me, I handed him the rag and he did it which I thought was very nice of him. I will be calling him back next year.

This service advised me dryer vent on roof was not cleaned last service! Gobs of built up, wet lint would not allow vent air to exit. He took care of everthing & works fine! Caveat emptor! Think "vent cleaners" are one of those categories u have to be careful about. This sevice, this service = great.
