They eventually located the issue and went right to work fixing it. They did not do a band aid fix but did a full repair so the issue wouldn't reoccur. The crew was friendly and professional. The project required some sheet rock work, because a smaller medicine cabinet was installed, which was done poorly. We did not see the extent of the problem until after we repainted the wall a week after the project was completed. Unique has not responded to our complaint. Overall, the renovations were done to our specifications but the failure to be responsive after the fact and speak to us to assess the problem and correct the poorly installed sheetrock is troubling."
