He pressure washed my entire house, pulled all the tiny vine pieces out of my soffits, filled all the cracks and caulked everything, sealed my entire home, painted my gutters,soffits, whole house and trim. Removed and replaced all of my exterior lighting and house numbers as well as my down spouts... I have 3 dogs and he was so careful to make sure they were safe and didn’t get out. He finished earlier Than I expected. He truly cares about you and your expectations and my house looks like a brand new home... I could go on and on with praise. "Mikalai removed, replaced, caulked and painted some rotten wood siding on my home. I received and approved the estimate on a Friday and the work was completed in one day on the following Tuesday. The work is of the highest quality and the work site was cleaned up as if no one had been there. I was concerned that the plantings in the area would be damaged during the work, but great care was taken and harm was done. I will not hesitate to use Mikola LLC again and highly recommend them for your next project."

"Very nice group of guys and very quick to respond and get the job done. My wife was upset with the attention to detail. Somebody washed off their tools directly on her ponytail palm and there were noticeable gaps on baseboard which were very minimal, but there. And a huge gap in light switch plate. My wife asked to fill that hole and it was caulked. We will build up wall behind light switch plate ourselves later this week. And baseboards are also an easy fix with just a little caulk. Guys were absolutely great and price was reasonable. With that being said Iâ d recommend them, but the little attention to detail was not all there."
