"We hired Matt to do some sheetrock work and interior painting of our home. We paid Matt in full for the job, and he left someone else to complete the work, When we brought the blemishes and items that were not to standard to our expectations, especially with the hanging and texturing of the sheetrock work he has ghosted us. He should at least refund what we had to pay to correct the issue if he was not going to complete the job the the standards that he sold us on! We have pictures of all the bad work!"

Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
