We are a small family business with a big family heart! I have 6 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through-out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job, I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives).

WE ONLY DO COMMERCIAL PROJECTS! NO RESIDENTIAL! We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service, that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship, and complete customer satisfaction, from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate, with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large, or small the job. Call us today!

"Jason and his team were excellent. Very friendly and easy to deal with, professional builders, using high-quality materials and paying attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new shed, and I’m happy to see a young business blossoming. This was money well spent. I expect to see great things from them in the future."

"Lewis did an excellent job on my garage floor. I was very happy with his work ethic. He works very hard and is not lazy."

"Martinez Wood Floors was the best subcontractor I have used to date - in any area.  As the reviews state, they are very responsive to phone calls, always punctual, clean, respectful and honest.  Their work is fantastic.  There were a number of water stains in the original (50 year old) pine wood floors that they were able to remove.  The floors are now beautiful.  However, the real challenge was the installation of a new wood floor in our library.  We owned some purple heart wood and wanted it installed.  It was not new wood and had been in our garage for a while.  Hector and his crew worked tirelessly to make the pieces, which were not uniform in size, color, etc. work together.  They cut, trimmed, shaved, stained and then did it again and again until the floor looked right.  They returned many many times to make sure we were happy.  Even though the job was probably more difficult than they first envisioned, they never charged more than they originally proposed.  We even had to delay the job at times because of other work in the house, but Hector happily worked with our schedule.  We hope to be able to use them again on another job soon."

"I called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I love my new kitchen and would definitely call Eric and his team again for future projects."
