She had problems getting information from my Condominium office, but she worked through it working directly with the county permitting office to get the needed information. "Called Vantrae for an estimate and he came out the same day to give me a quote. We scheduled to have him come out October 29th to do the work. We had new gutters and gutter guards installed. They showed up on time. I am very happy with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. "We were very pleased with the services provided by Gilbert Design Build. We wanted to renovate the kitchen and to place an accent wall with electric fireplace and TV in the living room. The project begins with meeting the president and the designer to discuss ideas and samples see if we're all a good fit. The designer and president then visit the house to see the exact spaces to be built or renovated. The project manager then completes measurements and designer orders materials. When all materials are on hand the site manager schedules the professionals in tile, plumbing, electrical, and framing to their dates Each was pleasant, worked with cleanliness, and delivered a great product. Only two glitches occurred in the process: 1. The distance between the TV and the fireplace heater was not sufficient. This took more tiling but was corrected. 2. The pots and pans rack was very noisy. This was corrected with drawers. Overall a very professional job by Gilbert Design and Build."

"I have a Jason tub with jets. Two of the jets broke. Jason sent me new jets. However, I cannot get the remaining pieces from the broken jets out. I contacted Jason and Jason could not tell me how to get the remaining pieces out. I cannot put the new jets in without removing the remaining pieces from the broken jets. I asked Jason for the name of someone who services Jason tubs. Jason informed me that they do not have any service people within 100 miles of my location, and I am well under 100 miles from San Jose. I am now left with a Jason tub for which I paid thousands of dollars and which is now a piece of junk because a plastic part broke and cannot be replaced. How absurd. I will never buy a Jason product again. What a monumental mistake."

"I cannot put into words how happy we are. We have been told so many times there was no way for us to use our existing structure for this purpose. Turns out.. we have the screen in porch of our dreams thanks to Mr Pro Home Improvement. He came to make an estimate on Wednesday, started the job on Friday, and finished the job on Monday. He worked quickly and did a beautiful job. He is professional and personable and this was an all around awesome experience. He will be my first phone call if I ever have another project."
