"MaShonna was recommended to me by someone I know personally. She showed me her latest renderings and I was blown away by how professional it all looked. I looked into the service and found it to be reasonably priced and thought that it was worth a trial run. I decided to start with my office which I believe is likely my most difficult project as I wanted a lot of very functional pieces but also wanted it to look elegant. My designer was amazing. She listened to my needs and wants. Any and all feedback was thoughtfully considered and addressed. My final design is perfect. It is incredibly functional while also elegant and stylish. It reflects my style because she listened to me. I've used interior designers before and, while they were perfectly nice individuals, it seemed they were trying impose *their* vision on *my* space. My designer managed to take my vision and make it even better. She came up with solutions to meet my needs that I had never considered! And, when I wasn't in love with something she selected or proposed, she was incredibly professional and adaptable. There were times when my wants or ideas weren't realistic or there was a better solution. She patiently and professionally walked me through her thinking each time I had questions or concerns. Honestly, it was such a pleasant process. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more! I'll be using MaShonna for many more projects! This service is an incredible value. I would have paid more for the service and product I received but I'm not sure I would have initially tried the service if it had been priced much higher. I am extremely satisfied and will happily tell others about my experience."

"1st I got a quote that when I received the test message to confirm it was different, I had to call back and have someone call me the day of to confirm the rates/quote provided. 2nd. They send someone Jayden with a dislocated shoulder that wasn’t able to help that much (crew captain). 3rd. The Beast how he called him self don’t know his name nor I’m trying to disrespect the guy, comes at me tells me that my furniture was to heavy, it was too hot I have no idea what type of conversation they had between them that he came up to me and told me that, Jayden even had to tell him something about the line “we don’t do that” I have no idea what he was referring to. 4th. Jayden told me that he was going to call the manager because he was in pain and wasn’t much of a help and then he said “don’t worry I’m going to tell the manager so they take an hour to 30 minutes this time is not going to count against you” Well that didn’t happened the moving ended up been 4 hours for one bedroom set that was disassemble when they got there I told them what they need to grab, then 2 mattress with 2 tables one couch and dining set, and they took 4.5 hours, they broke one of the leg of the couch and the guy that came to substitute Jayden put it back on, then my recliner was full of sweat nasty stuff, Briana was able to see it, I didn’t said anything because at this time all I need was for them to get out of my way I wasn’t feeling good and have people complaining about their pain and how my furniture was heavy, well I guess they’re both in the wrong business they called themself “College Hunks” well I can only said that the only one that didn’t complaint was Briana! Ohh before I forget Jayden almost break my 65’ inches tv, he hit the wall so hard with one corner that took part of the back off the frame of the tv, the tv works and that’s why I didn’t said anything else! But he knows what he did! Also I want to let you know for the ones reading this review I paid the amount owe to them and tipped them $100. No I was not cheap and complained! No I paid and tipped them pretty well I should said for what they did! Would I recommend them….. hmmm NOOOO. GET SOMEONE ELSE!"
