"Our outdated irrigation system needed repairing and updating. After researching irrigation companies we decided to contact Blue Water Irrigation. Brian and his crew arrived on time for our appointment. Everyone was polite and respectful. In addition to repairing the inoperable zone, Brian took the time to do a thorough evaluation of our entire system. He pointed out safety concerns of the existing wiring for the control panel. Every irrigation head in each of the 5 zones was evaluated for proper operation/function and waste. Once this was done Brian did a detailed review of his evaluation, making recommendations of anything in need of relocation and/or replacement and providing an estimate of those costs. Brian demonstrates good communication skills with his customers. He appears to take pride in the quality of his work and ensuring that his customers are satisfied with his work. He exhibits professionalism and the qualities of good customer service that are increasingly difficult to find anymore.
