I had 2 zones not working and my grass was starting to die. Brian and his team found the 2 valves and located a leak in another. They provided quick service from initial phone call to completion of repair. Explained the process each step of the way. Iâ ve already set up an appointment for a full system inspection. I highly recommend him for any work that needs to be done.

He shows up when promised and conducted a thorough evaluation of my irrigation system and made recommendations on reconfiguring it. These guys are awesome! They did an emergency repair for our next-door neighbor after Hurricane Ian. After meeting Brian then, we decided to hire them to repair our irrigation system (which we had neglected for years). My sprinkler system was old and had not worked in years. Brian owner of Blue Water personally came out and did the evaluation and estimate. Brian is very knowledgeable and does not feed you a bunch of fluff. He actually saved me money with recommendations on my water meters. He and his crew did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and when he said they would or early. I could not be happier! And my yard looks so much better. And the price was great too! Down to earth and honest! Hard to come by these days. Professional and efficient

Our outdated irrigation system needed repairing and updating. After researching irrigation companies we decided to contact Blue Water Irrigation. Brian and his crew arrived on time for our appointment. Everyone was polite and respectful. In addition to repairing the inoperable zone, Brian took the time to do a thorough evaluation of our entire system. He pointed out safety concerns of the existing wiring for the control panel. Every irrigation head in each of the 5 zones was evaluated for proper operation/function and waste. Once this was done Brian did a detailed review of his evaluation, making recommendations of anything in need of relocation and/or replacement and providing an estimate of those costs. Brian demonstrates good communication skills with his customers. He appears to take pride in the quality of his work and ensuring that his customers are satisfied with his work. He exhibits professionalism and the qualities of good customer service that are increasingly difficult to find anymore. For these reasons we hired him to do our work and would recommend his services to others in need of a good irrigation company.
