"I couldn’t be happier with the sanding and refinishing work done on my hardwood floors. Edwin and his team were friendly, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. They walked me through stain choices, explained the process, and delivered a finish that looks absolutely beautiful. The floors have a smooth, consistent sheen and the color is exactly what I wanted. If you want honest service and top‑tier craftsmanship, TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems is the company to call."

"I removed the tile from a concrete floor and some of the residue. I explained to all companies that I needed Linoleum Sheet Flooring installed but first needed the remaining residue removed and floor leveled. . First company gave me an estimate and then later stated I would have to do more floor prep work, of which I was hiring them for, before they would start. Second company came and said they could do all that was requested and would send me an estimate. Did not call or give an estimate. Contacted Best Flooring Tampa Bay and Patricia stated that they could do all that was requested, without seeing it first, and would send Arthur, the person that would do the work, to my home to measure and see how much leveling cement would be required. They were prompt to arrive and surveyed floor area. They quickly sent the estimate to which I agreed. A date was set and they promptly arrived and immediately started sanding the thin set grouting and leveling my floor. The floor really needed a lot of leveling and because of the thickness in areas needed a few days to cure. They again arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the the finish work, They then installed my flooring. I was really surprised at how fast they completed every thing along with the side molding. Fantastic job. Patricia and Arthur are real Pros and I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends."

"JR did a wonderful job! I’m so glad I decided to do the floors, and he was professional and timely."

"Pablo did an excellent repairing my laminate floor. I was very pleased with the result. He went above and beyond what I employed him to do. We found other problems on the floor while he was there and he didn t bring the tools to do this repair, so he went home and got the tools. He was pleasant and very professional. I would certainly hire him again."

"He is very professional. He removed a lot of tiles that were damaged and replaced with new. Excellent workmanship. Also removed a damaged sealant on my shower and replaced with new."

"I employed PG-Quality Services to paint 5 rooms. From the initial visit and quote, I was impressed with Pablo's professionalism, work ethic and cleanliness was evident. I went on to have him do much more additional paining and glass tile backsplash installation. The work is well done and again, totally cleaning up and picking up. I look forward to working with him some more. Another thing I appreciated was the respect with which he treated me and what I wanted. In past experience I have been questioned and bombarded with all the ways the potential contractor wants to "improve" what I want! Pablo, respectfully questioned anything he disagreed with or needed clarification for, but always after confirming my choice, did it as requested. In fact, I wanted my kitchen cabinets painted in two tones, one color for uppers and another for lowers, he questioned it once but when I confirmed that is what I wanted, he didn't say anything else. After the job was done, he admitted it had worked out really beautifully! Thank you, Home Advisor, for a great referral! Thank you, Pablo, for a job well done!"
