Mr. Packard did a repair job for me last year. On the basis of that work I hired him to replace the remainder to the garage roof and also do the flat roof portion of our home (we have 3 separate roofs on the buildings.) I could not be more pleased by the work he has performed. I intend to have him do the remaining portion of the roofs in about 6 years when they reach the end of their lifetime. If you want a roof done you should hire CE Packard Enterprises. You'll be happy with the results!

The project was to repair a roof leak caused by a tree limb impact. The job was done cleanly, professionally, and quickly. I am very happy with the repairs. I enthusiastically recommend him for roofing work. I have roofing repair experience from my Real Estate work up north, but Iâ m over 70 now. During the inspection we discovered several other areas damaged by tree limb impacts which were going to be real problems if not repaired. The project expanded from a simple roof repair to a significant one, including replacement of several pieces of roof sheathing. Mr. Packard did an excellent job fitting the work in to meet my schedule.

The job is not listed, a tarp was placed on the roof to stop leaks until I can get the roof replace. Mr Packard shows up when he says he is going to be there. He works to get the job done whether it takes 1 day or more than 1 day. If the fix doesn't work and it leaks he promises to come back and fix it.

After completing his job, it rained heavily and there still was a little water coming in. I called him. He came very promptly, discovered another leak and fixed it with no cost. I think he is a very responsible person and does what he says. I recommend him highly.

Charles was exceptionally profession both during the quoting/investigation stage and then during the repair stage. He was able to quickly identify the source of the leak and his repair work was of excellent quality. I would absolutely go to Charles first for any issue with my roof.

Charles went into my attic and roof and located the source of my leak. He walked me through the process to fix the leak and gave me a 1 year warranty on work.

This gentleman is easy to work with, explains his assessment of the problem in ways that are easy to grasp, and goes well beyond the minimum to do what he has contracted to do. I give him both thumbs up!

The man did a decent job and did it in a timely manner. I liked him personally and he kept us informed of the progress all the way thru the job. I thought the cost of the job was fair enough for the average income to absorb.

Very respective. Told me step by step what he was going to do. Showed me pictures of the work that needed to be done. He also took the time to check the rest of the and roof and made sure nails that had come up from years of weather and made sure they were all down again and also cleaned the roof of leaves and debris. I would not hesitate to call him again. He is I one of the good guys.
