"The first review from this customer was great. Then decides to bash me. She failed to mention several other important notes. she had several other estimates. topping over $150. Her yard was extremely overgrown. knee high grass. Also stepping stones were completely hidden which my mower blades hit. She also did not want any wead eating done. But i went ahead and wead eated her entire yard and cut off dead limbs on a bush of hers. I was then going to blow off her driveway when she said "no dont worry about that, youve done so much". she was very thankful for my fast response and getting the job done. Also may i point out, she agreed to the price before i ever unloaded any tools to do the job, which was cheaper than all of her other estimates. sorry you feel like you got cheated but there was no hidden fees, and I done exactly what you wanted done and then some. I feel i went above and beyond for this customer."
